Family and Friends Plan
These plans are ideal for people who need a new mobile phone and want to be able to call their family and friends for free. Each Plan allows the user to make free calls to up to 3 nominated phone numbers each month. The monthly allowance of free calls is applicable to the plan.
These plans include an applicable new handset subsidy amount. In fact, you can get any handset want provided that it is supplied as part of the package through South East Queensland Community Telco on a Family and Friends Plan. All Family and Friends Plans are 24 month agreements.
The Family and Friends Plan is ideal for families. More than one mobile service can be on the one account which allows the total amount of free minutes to be aggregated. This means that any unused free minutes of one of the users can be used up by other users on the same account.

*The following call types are not included: calls to satellite services, value added services (such
as reminder and wake up calls), operator assisted/directory assistance and Sensis® calls, premium
content calls (eg to 19 numbers), international or international roaming calls, SMS to international
mobiles, mobile messaging and paging services, data usage (such as GPRS and EDGE).

Terms and conditions for residential
1. All calls are charged in 30 second blocks.
2. SMS messages are charged at $0.25 per message, MMS messages are $0.60 per message.
3. Calls to voicemail are charged at $0.14 per 30 seconds, calls diverted to voicemail at $0.07
per 30 seconds.
4. Unused monthly included calls are forfeited.
5. New customers are entitled to choose from a selection of hardware. The hardware must be
obtained at the time of sign-up or it is forfeited. The hardware included within your plan is as
specified on your application form.
6. The hardware can only be purchased from South East Queensland Community Telco.™
7. Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Plans available only to approved customers on a 24 month contract. Fees apply for early
termination of a fixed term contract.
9. Minimum cost of hardware and service on P15 over 24 months is $360, P20 over 24 months
is $480, P30 over 24 months is $720, P40 over 24 months is $960, P55 over 24 months is
$1320, P75 over 24 months is $1800, P100 over 24 months is $2400, and P150 over 24
months is $3600. |
